Gather ‘round, ye lovers of fine brews and delightful concoctions! By the decree of Sobel’s Obscure Brewery, it is proclaimed that the S.O.B. Society shall soon open its gates to the chosen few—those bold enough to claim their exclusive mug and drink from the vessel of rarity! From February 1st - December 31st, 2025, members of this most esteemed society shall enjoy:

These are enjoyed by RESERVATION ONLY due to the preparation time required! Featuring our signature beers from the current lineup, we jazz up your flight with delicious add-ins to enhance flavor, and exciting, fun rims! Flavors rotate each week! THIS IS THE FINAL WEEK! This week's flavors: December 18th - December 22nd THE FINAL WEEK! Bringing back the favorites! 1. Peppermint Bark: Bringing back our Dark Chocolate Midnight Stout this week, but with a different twist! A peppermint one! (See what we did there? Candy canes?). Blended into our stout is a delicious mint syrup. Makes it reminiscent of one of our favorite Girl Scout Cookies. Rimmed with vanilla frosting and peppermints! 2. Blueberry Cobbler: This one is probably our new favorite! And we're using one of your favorites, Honey Blueberry Wheat! This blueberry cobbler in liquid form is rimmed with blueberry pie filling, graham cracker and cinnamon. Blended in we have some more blueberry deliciousness! 3. Fruity Pebbles: Bringing our flagship brew to the party! People tell us the Honey Blossom tastes similar to 2 things: 1.) 'orange grandma candy' or 2.) Fruity Pebbles! Let's try it! Our honey and blood orange wheat is blended with vanilla to enhance the sweetness of the brew. Rimmed with strawberry icing and Fruity Pebbles! 4. Spiced Chai Cookie Latte: Our Weissbier with spiced chai and lactose is already delicious. But we are making it delicious-er! We amp up the chai spice with a spiced chai syrup. Here's where it gets good; biscoff cookie butter + ginger snap cookies on the rim. Yeah, you read that right! It'll be your new fav! For those 21+! |
